I find only a handful of shows on TV these days are worth watching....One of my favorites is PBS's Antiques Roadshow. I had the opportunity to go to one of the tapings in Grand Rapids a few years ago (you wait in line a long, long time to get your stuff appraised). It's always fun to see when someone is featured with a Halloween item (I've only seen this once until tonight). As luck would have it, a man brought in an old Folk Art Halloween Devil. The item was purchased 25 years ago for only $10 (I never have luck like this at sales myself). The man is smiling now, because this handsome little devil was appraised for between $4000-$5000. Not a bad return on your money.
